It sounds really goofy but I've often kept a fabric sofener sheet in my purse and I rub it on my forehead. And remember to alway use a conditioner. Another good thing is to use frizz ease after you shampoo, but only use a drop or two any more and your hair will look greasy.

Rene Furterer Anti Dehydrating Vegetal Styling Spritz (also called Fixatur Vegetal or something) excellent non-sticky, non-greasy, great smell.
Also, try spraying Static Guard on your brush or comb.

Hi, I believe that your best bet would be a good conditioner..Garnier Fructis is for fine hair is what my sister uses for static in the hair. Try this and you should see a difference..also go easy on the blow dryer!

Try a new conditioner. Maybe a leave in would be best. Otherwise, a little bit of hairspray will usually do the trick.

Try spritzing them with a flexible-hold hairspray (not a heavy-hold hairspray, or they will be crusty and hard). I have the same problem and that always works for me.

get rid of bangs. nobody looks good with bangs. its all about layers, you really should consider bangs a staple of the past... not only is layered hair easier to maintain, it looks better as well... it also offers a broader selection when it comes to your hairstyle day to day.
my answer: get rid of the bangs.
