Quick is not the answer! Drink lots of water this will help to flush out the toxins as well as fooling your stomach into thinking it;s already full. You need to change the way you eat forever not diet.Eat low fat foods and exercise more. Join a gym and work out on machines that will target your areas.Walking is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Walking will tone those legs and hips.Walking helps your breathing as well.Use the stairs instead of the elevator, park at the far end of the parking lot and walk to the store. Move, move, move, this will help you to burn up calories. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and fish baked not fried, Go ahead and have a little red meat once in a while just not every day. Don't eat as many junk foods but don't deprive yourself altogether because this can lead to binging and failure. Don't deprive yourself during the holidays just eat less and get right back on a healthy eating plan the next day.Go ahead and have that bowl of ice cream just don't eat the whole container.Have a candy bar once in a while. Eat in moderation. Eat to live don't live to eat.

and you'll not only lose some weight.. but keep it off and feel better because you're eating right. and if you're healthy and happy... that makes the hugest impact.

remember the exercise... yoga, pilates does a number on muscle tone!
try that sometime.... you have the time.. and make sure you don't go overboard and lose too much weight at once.

let me break it for you ok. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS RAPID WEIGHT LOSS that shiet is not true, there is no such thing. just watch what you eat, and exersise. do about 20-30 squad jumps every day, do as many sit ups as you can, same with push ups and jogg around the block, and do it while you listen to music so you dont get bored and do it every day. You will loose a lot of weight and be sexier than ever. trust me i used to be fat and i found out that hard work and exersise its the only way to get rid of fat and a blubbery body. now all the ladies love me cuz i am a sexy mother *******

Try a one week liquid fast diet of Skim milk, veggie juice(V8), lots of water, fat free yogurt, green tea, and maybe some slim fast. And that will give you a good jump start on your weight loss. (makes sure to get enough calcium and protein in your day, just because you are cutting down on fat and calories doesn't mean you need to be malnurished)..Only do this liquid diet for one week.
After that then you need to be eating a well balanced meal of lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole wheat breads, and low fat dairies. Remember to drink a gallon of water a day and take a multi vitamin everyday. And Remember to do 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Atkins - for 3 -5 months while working out 3 x a week (at least)
Then switch over to a sonoma style diet...
Lost 35 lbs in 3 1/2 months, kept it off with the sonoma diet.

Eat a sensible diet and exercise. Don't worry about how quickly it comes off because usually the faster you lose it then the more likely you are to put it back on. Do it slowly and make lifestyle changes that will last. Your body will thank you for it later.
