Getting her spayed is the only reasonable option. It is also better for her long term health. She will be less at risk for certain reproductive cancers, mammary cancer (which is quite high is unspayed females), pyometras, false pregnancies and more.

FYI, cats are considered seasonal polyestrus induced ovulators which means that she will go in and out of heat every couple of weeks unless she gets bred and it usually lasts from March to October.

She really needs to be spayed.....why is that not an option for you?

Spaying might advance her possibilities for an prolonged, extra healthy existence. and he or she would not be yowling while in warmth. each intact female i've got had/rescued has appeared depressing in the time of warmth. professionals: much less rigidity to the two Gramma and the cat, extra healthy cat, longer lifespan of cat. extra handy to rehome the cat would desire to it p.c. a house. probabilities of issues strengthen with age,, so get it carried out now fairly of 5 years later! Cons: no kittens (now might that be a professional additionally, would not it?) uncommon possibility of issues.

She will continue to suffer until she is bred or spayed. This is not fun for her. Help her out and get her fixed. Good luck.

This will sound gross, or at least it did to me, my vet told me to take a sterile thermometer and insert it into her vagina about 1/4 of an inch and it will stop the heat cycle. I don't know for sure if it works because I never tried it, but this is what he told me to do when I had a female cat in heat.
