its been soaked overnight but still very salty, any ideas will be a great help

YOU CAN NOT REMOVE THE SALT ONCE IT IS COOKED.

The only way is to soak it in cold water over night which you have done so i would now bring it to the boil then simmer i do believe this will bring out more salt remember (just simmer) good luck!

Salt it overnight BEFORE cooking. When simmering, skim off the white layer frequently.

You should have soaked it overnight before it was cooked and then skimmed of the white residue as it was cooking.

keep soaking in cold water but me sure to keep changing the water also add a slice of lemon the zinc in that will help to draw out the salt.... in the future try to buy un salted meat!!!

Try boiling it and add a raw, peeled white potatoe, the potatoe will absorb the salt.
