All drink is booze if it is abused.
A few beers with your mates and walk home afterwards is agood drink.
A nice few glasses of wine at home is a good drink.
Too many glasses of any drink and you become abusive or cannot handle it becomes booze.
Know your limits and alcohol is a great leveller and good therapy too much alcohol is as dangerous as any other drug.
Enjoy alcohol and let it wind you down but leave it if it makes your character change or depresses you.

Booze is anything that contains edible (drinkable) alcohol.
Alcohol is not a stimulant it is a vaso-dialator (i.e. a downer).

i think its like not just the drink but the whole concept of being drunk (hears me using long words again lol :P)
like the party bit then the drunk bit then the sex bit then the hang over bit!
