No it isn't. For diets, you should eat no less than 1,200-1,500 calories per day. You don't need to diet and should be eating at least 1,700-2,000 calories per day to maintain your weight. HTH : )

There's no need to. You're only 4-6 lbs over ideal weight and I'm sure you look fine right now.
If you'd like to drop a few pounds, just look for places to cut in your typical diet. Make portions 1/3 less, skip junk food and fast food for 2-3 weeks. Skip soda, fruit juice and energy drinks and pick water or diet drinks instead.
If you're a teenager be sure to get 2-3 servings of dairy a day for bone growth. Some day you'll be a mom and you want a healthy body for your baby.

NO. Eat more! If a person eats 1200 calories a day they will not loose or gain weight. If you are not loosing any weight form eating 800 a day then you must already be REALLY skinny!

You have to at least eat 1,000 calories a day. Your body needs so many calories a day. I am traller than you and I weigh less than you. Try to drop about 7 lbs. Don't starve yourself- that's very unhealthy.
