What is the cheapest way to travel to Scarborough from Newcastle in December?

hi ya i went to newcatsle at the weekend and i went by car and it took me £38 to fill the car up from empty and i only used less than half a tank there and back and we got a little lost in the city centre.

coz if u go by train u will have to travel to york on the train first and then back out to newcastle

Try a bus or the train. Hitchhiking is cheapest but not recommended.
