everyone hits a growth spirt sometime in their life, when i was a freshman in high school, around the age of 14, i was 5'4 115 pounds, now im a freshman in college, 6'1 185lbs, and i did nothing out of my way in order to grow. Now if youve already hit a growth spirt, then good luck
