Korean people have healthy food than english speakers...But in Seoul (located in South Korea) they have over 100 plastic surgery shops and many people around the world go there just to get the surgery. Therefore not all Koreans are better looking than englih speakers. If you eat healthy and take care of your health im sure you can be better than them haha
