No, but it is possible to exert so much energy and concentration that you seem to exude force. Highly experienced Sanchin practioners can give this impression, but they don't actually emit any perceivable force or effect. It's mainly an illusion created by body tension.

The usual answer is no, but I saw some monks perform overseas and yes one of them made a light come from his hand. It was just a flash, but really cool. Now are you willing to train for 25 years to do something your camera does with two batteries? I wouldn't.

No dude there isn't, you kids shouldn't think that the special effects in movies and Anime such as "Naruto" that you see can be actually used in reality. (I'm a long time Anime buff myself, but would never come to believe such things could happen in reality)
although I'd have to admit that being able to do so would be a cool ability.
