Take it to the vet! The vet will probably just remove it. Then your cat will be fine (with one less tooth).

is it one of his fangs??
perhaps, as with my kitten, he is just going to be a HUGE kitty--my kitty had the look as if his teeth were ciming in wrong--but he kept yawning a lot nad pretty soon his mouth fit the teeth--keep an eye on youtr kitty for about 1week to 1 month--the vet will be seeing the kitty, and will let you know for sure whether the teeth are wrong--but for right now, figger he will be a moose and the teeth are actually in the right place--just the cat is too small right now for them to look correct.
the cat will yawn a lot if his face and head are growing--does he yawn a lot???
sounds as if this week your kitty will surprise you and have a large growth spurt!!
watch him and enjoy him--he will be ok.

Go to the Vet. Maybe the Doctor can give you a medicine or do something to your cat.

I do not believe that you have to ask that question. Take him to the vet.
