my hair is a little longer than where my shoulders are, and it is straight. i want to keep and straight and do wacky/cool hairstyles with it being straight. any ideas? not dressy ones, i want hairstyles that u can do to school

Your very lucky to have straight hair,unlike those of us who have dare i say "bush weed" or big curly afro puffs. There are many ways you can style your hair. You can french braid it,curl it,have one of those clips at the front and push your side hair only on to the top and push it out more,you could tie it to the sideput moose in it, put differnt hair bands in the front . Put your hair in a low pony .
take a butterfly clip and clip it up so you can barly see the clip it looks so cool and another one
you might think this to dressy but
do a low pony make a little hole between the head and were the pony is take youre pony and tuck it into the hole so its kindof a not but it looks cool

Get some hair ornaments you like - combs, slides, flowers etc. Plenty around, Even one tiny diamante slide in the hair can lift your 'do' . Vintage & antique or 50's types are even better.

you should put half of your hair up, and leave hailf down... put the top half into a bun, and use chop sticks in your hair and it would be a cute, casual look. of course, you can always just go with a pony tail or bun... but that would be boring!
