I'm 14. Can I still grow my height? How?

I am still appalled at the ignorance involved with this issue and many from ignorant answers. People need to seriously educate themselves on human anatomy.

You cannot do anything to enhance your growth rate. A well balanced diet and plenty of water throughout your life will help you maintain the course of height genetically predisposed based from your parents. Of course, a malnourished adolescent may not reached their normal structural height but nobody knows what height we are supposed to reached and there is no method of figuring it out.

Since you are 14, you are still growing. Many people may reach a plateau, then spurt, then plateau and so on. Other may have a spurt, then plateau then stop. All of this can happen at ANY age of adolescent/teen years. Therefore, maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. Accept your height for what it is. You can do nothing else about it.

Eat enough and a balanced diet and don't stress about stuff too much.

Secondly, what do you mean by "your height"? However tall you are is how tall you are (but not necessarily how tall you will be I guess). As far as I know predictions of how tall one will be are just that, predictions.

I think though you still have a couple years of potential growing. And if that doesn't happen, I seem to recall that shorter people live longer.

I assume that eating a good diet with alot of carbs and protein will help you, but other than that I think it's down to genetics, but it's never too late, I started getting taller at about the age of 16/17.
