My ex-financee is from England. I found you he was lying and see other woman. He only wanted a green card. Should I report him. Two of my friends say they will make sworn statements to the fact that he asked them about them trying to find someone to marry so he could stay in the US.

It's illegal! Do your part as an honest citizen, even though we can all see a tinge of vengence in your tone!

You should report him. He shouldnt even be here in the first place, let alone use someone to become a legal citizen. It's because of people like him that this issue is getting so out of hand. Report him. It's the right thing to do.

All American's might want to care. Sham marriage cost this usa lots. to commence with even if that if she is jealous the would not replace that that is against the law! i'm in contact by an immigrant who comes the following legally. i do not even imagine they must be able to come back as a vacationer and locate a lady and marry...even if it is criminal. many ladies make their living earning money on those human beings...what fools.

Wow.....it's tough enough to make a go of things these days without wondering what the motive is. I say report him so some other girl isn't in the same jeopardy. ICE may not do anything but atleast you did all you could.

Are you reporting him for the right reasons or for vengeance. If it is the second, don't do it. Don't let him allow that negative feeling take over your mind. Do not let him walk all over you, but will getting him deported make you feel better, or will you question your ethics later?
I say just ignore him, he is hardly worth the effort needed.

Does not matter... INS won't do anything about it. If he's an illegal no one has any record of who he is or where he is. They would have to find him first and they wont waste resources on this issue.

I am not sure if it is illegal until you reach the U.S. but I think you can. If you don't wanna do that since you broke it off then, that is fine.
