I have the Syntax Olevia LT32HVM 32" HD-Ready Flat-Panel LCD TV, and I love it. In fact, UPS dropped it TWICE!! and it still works.
The picture is AWESOME, and we compared it to many other LCD brands like Panasonic, HP, Philips and others. Great price too. Only thing is that this model doesn't have HDMI input(s). I think their newer model does.
The DVI input on this model will give you the best picture.
I know my next LCD will be a Syntax Olevia.

After looking at a ton of TVs I believe, for a 40 or 46 inch, that the Sony V series is tough to beat. They are almost identical technically to the XBR series and are about $700-1000 less right now. After viewing for awhile I have to say the 1080p (true HD) is worth it if you plan on getting one of the HD format DVD players in the future or if you have or are going to get a PS3 or XBox 360. Gaming is unbelievable on the V series.

Well I am a seller on ebay and I have a few flat panels available. So if you will, go to ebay and click on COMMUNITIES at the top. Then, next to the "find a member" button, type in uptown_apparel and click the button. You will see that name at the top of their list and to the right of it click on "seller's items". There are 4 tv's there that i am selling but the 32 inch is currently unavailable so maybe there's something else there you like. click on the items for all the details. You can email me at uptownapparel@yahoo.com about these items. Good luck!

Sharp Aquios -- the true 1080p picture is incredible.
Also get a Denon or other comparable DVD player that can upconvert a normal DVD into 1080p. Very nice!
