stop feeding them milk--kitties are lactosse intolerant. they are not able to eat people food either. feed them only kitten formula science diet or eukaneuba or find a good kitten formula without fillers--corn, wheat gluten--a dry food that can be kept in an autofeeder, and 3-5 times each day feed a 3 oz can to wet kitten food. do not feed milk. and keep the dishes separate--so they each get a chance to eat without competetion. plenty of water. if they do not get better, call a vet and make appointment for their kitten visits.have they been to the vet yet??
kittens need kitten visits because most kittens come with parasites from mom and fleas.
so--take for kitten vet visits--bring stool samples with you to expedite the process.
ditch the milk -- it will give them the symptoms you have described.
feed as above.
enjoy kitties.

kittens are prone to vomiting and diarrhoea as they have more sensitive digestive systems at this age.
insure water intake to prevent dehydration. wet food and water will help this.
tempt them to eat with tuna, chicken etc if wont eat normal food.
keep the kittens warm, comfortable and monitor them closely.
i would defiantly recommend that the kittens are seen by the vet as soon as you can.
it may also be helpful to the vet is you can bring a feacal sample for the vet to see.

Make them an appointment as soon as possible. Make sure they have lots of water as if they don't drink enough they'll get dehydrated. Kittens are only tiny, they can't cope with much fluid loss.
