i have be offered 2 male cockatiels but have bonded to one another
would these make good breeders or not?

If they are definatley two males, split them and put them with two females and let them get at it.
I have never had a cockatiel that would not go to a female if he was put with one.
I now breed and hand rear all sorts of birds for my store.

Yes, they can re-bond to another bird. But let them pick their own girls. If you let them pick out their own mate you will have better sucess when it comes to breeding.
