not enough would be my answer im not from the uk but its the same everyware ,more and more children are becoming fat and its just a pity,the more out jogging and runnig the more heath the whole population becomes and as a result life insurance,car insurance and the like will all go down

yes its has increased over the last few years which is good for the country considering we are hosting the 2012 Olympics i am one of those who as been converted i never thought that i would take up running serious now i train in all weathers and also compete in races through the year including x country

it has increased loads
i go running round my local resevior which it about 71/2 miles long and it improved my stamina for hockey and football
lots of my friends do running aswell
