yes, she is a baby and she is teething so provide her with toys to chew and play with. she also is pretending that you are the prey and she is practicing her hunting skills

Biting and scratching is normal especially for kittens. But I never let mine play rough with any body parts as part of behavioural training, because it may just reinforce the idea that hands and feet are fun toys. Everytime he does that, I'd tell him "No" loudly and clearly. If he continues doing it, I'll direct him to other toys or put him down and walk away. If he has been attacking feet, I'll say "No" and stamp them loudly. He now knows that sleeping on my feet is okie, but playing with it isn't.

Shes just a frisky kitten. She will grow out of it. If she bites too hard stop her. But let her play around with you. Good Luck!!

Completely normal. Quit playing with her when she does it to you and say "no" firmly. All cats do it, and she will grow out of it. Maybe invest in one of those dangly kitty toys, or just tie a feather to a piece of string so she can play around and pounce as much as she likes without needing to target your feet.

she is loving you. you are her momms--she will gently bite and suck on your hand, she will nibble on you and lick you. she will groom you and be your little kitty baby. she will be teething until she is about 6 months old--find her a chew toy, or make her one--i use knotted rope with catnip rubbed on it--
i try to divert my kitty from attacking my feet--that is a pain. but i let him chew gently on my hand--let kitty know when it hurts to be gentle--she will learn and she will treat you as her momms.
