Sounds like a pinched nerve I had it it lasted about two weeks basical get comfortable when you sit and rest it. it hurts too oww

It could be everything. It sounds like aseptic inflamation of the suprascapular nerve or spinal accesory nerve. NAID will help very well in this case. Mutrin per os and Bangay locally will be a good idea.

Go see your doctor and get it checked out. Your Doctor is medically trained whereas most of us aren't. It could be lots of things. Some serious, others not.

sounds like pneumonia or a bruised rib or lung see a doctor.how long has this been hurting?.
