They should be fine. The vinagar acts as a preservitive...Fire up that grill!!

Even though they are marinated...I always par-boil my ribs in order to be sure that they retain tenderness and flavor. This will also ensure that they are cooked thoroughly when you grill.

They should be ok. Vinegar is kind of a preservation too. But I would fix them today or toss them out.

Beef or pork? Either way, you're okay, pork will probably last a little longer. Since you've got marinade on them, you're okay for a while - the marinade is preventing their exposure to air, which is what creates a problem. I think you're okay cooking them tonight.

The marinade you describe would have actually prolonged their shelf life. They will be quite ok to cook and most likely delicious. Bon apetite!

Today would be the last day to cook them. Make sure they are cooked thoroughly and keep a clear route to the toilet.
