This girl I am seeing can't get over the ex she dumped recently. He contacts her and she feels like she still loves him whenever he does make contact. But shes always saying she wants to forget about him. What can I do to help her forget him.

Make the time you spend together happy times. Its early days yet but if she feels as though you are both having a good time she will forget him.

Buy her a new mobile for Christmas and discourage contact between them, it sounds to me like she just thinks about him when he calls.

She should changer her tel number. That way he cant contact her. I woul also giver her space to get over him before you embark on your relationship. You dont wabt to be just convenient!!
