i have holes or tiny dents on my nose from spots, they are visible up close and quite deep, there are only a few, what are they called? how do i get rid of them, ive had them for almost 1 and a half years now.

scars, or pocs (pox).

you can't "get rid" of them, but you can conceal them with makeup.

Sounds like open pores. These are quite normal and they tend to accumulate with age. Try looking at face masks, or other treatments in beauty stores - might help to close them up a little bit, if they really bother you. Most important thing is - don't squeeze them, ever because it makes them worse. And keep them clean.

Those are scars from pox or pimples. Don't fret too much about them because there is really nothing you can do to get rid of them without undergoing some kind of cosmetic procedure.

I think they add a certain amount of character.

They are called *pock marks* and I don't know how to get rid of them. Do you have a dermatologist?

those are actually empty hair follicules...see a dermatologist he/she can give you a glycolic acid wash and cream to put on at night to tighten the skin and clothes the follicules so that you once again have smooth skin

They are called poc marks and about the only thing you can do is have a chemical peel.
