Offhand, Does Not Look Like a Yeast UTI, Not that the Presence of Two Organisms is Impossible, Another Antibiotic Needs to Be Used, Insist On a C&S. Has your Urine Been Looked At Under the Microscope?

usually staph epidermis is common and it is a staph infection--however after being treated with antibiotics for an URI you are at greater risk for developing a secondary infection such as a yeast infection. Alot of antibiotics cause yeast infections. If you are still uncomfortable you should call your md to report your continued symptoms. Hope you feel better soon! also when there is staph epidermis in the urine--the urine specimen may be contaminated and may need to be repeated.
