Only God can truly judge them.
They are both to blame for taking us into a war in Iraq under false pretences, and therefore responsible for many deaths.
But when it comes to morals and ethics in matters such as abortion, embryo experimentation and family values, Bush has a much better record than Blair.
Although Blair claims to be a Christian, his record on ethical issues is an absolute disgrace, he seems intent on replacing all of God's laws with the secular humanist agenda of situational ethics. In fact, Christians could justifiably say, with friends like Blair who needs enemies. He will certainly have a lot to answer for to God.

God is all forgiving - so I don't think you have to worry about them...
(Naturally they may have to spend many thousands of years in limbo/purgatory (depending on your Faith) before they actually get in...)
BUT SERIOUSLY...
I suspect it is actually more apposite for each of us to ask just what WE (as individuals) have done in our lifetimes to contribute to solving the problems of humanity ourselves...rather than worry about the folly of politicians...
They ONLY get where they are because we PUT them there...so whatever they do is thanks to the operation of today's version of democratic politics in the Western World. They ARE our representatives...and WE ALL equally share the blame for their decisions ...
All we can do is be more proactive in our own daily lives with respect to living a better life, respecting and treating others as we ourselves would wish to be treated and to demonstrably love our neighbor - no matter what their creed or color...
If we all did this - then the stupidity of our political figureheads would come to nothing - and we would not need to worry about who is going to heaven or not...because it would, indeed, be heaven here on EARTH!
