Im not being picky, but when my wife curses in anger she curses everything the home the kids, me, her mom her sister the cat. I tell her the wall have ears and cursing things have a negative effect I believe. Yea we curse like thats a FU*#! cool game, or Shi! I smashed my Fu@#^& hand but can't stand cursing people, things or objects. I was so pist at it once she cursed my mother I slapped her hard I left my hand on her face. I went to jail and served probation $2,300 later she still does it. I derserved it, the punishment, but what does she deserve, she still curses, I'm sick of it!!!!

Let her know that it really bothers you and the kids and offer to help her to try to slow it down a bit....suggestion- have a jar, or small can, coffee can, put a sign on it for cursing cup. Everytime she swears, have her drop in a quarter. The money will add up and you can give it to the kids, or use it however. Just an idea.

It looks like both of you need to develop some self control. You cannot control your wife, but you can control yourself.
I'm not saying that you always hit people, but I'm sure your lack of control shows up in some way. This is what you need to work on. You can't expect her to exercise self-control if you do not.

That's a tough one.
Have you calmly discussed it with her? To let her know how much you dislike it?
If she simply doesn't care, you may have a bigger problem on your hands.

tape her doing it and when she's least expecting it play it back to her, so that she can hear how awful she sounds.
