If it's not an extremely painful bump it's probably just a zit.

There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause sores around the mouth (herpes labialis) and on the genitals (genital herpes). Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV).
Cold sores sometimes called fever blisters, are groups of small blisters on the lip and around the mouth. The skin around the blisters is often red, swollen, and sore. The blisters may break open, leak a clear fluid, and then scab over after a few days. They usually heal in several days to 2 weeks.
The herpes simplex virus usually enters the body through a break in the skin around or inside the mouth. It is usually spread when a person touches a cold sore or touches infected fluid—such as from sharing eating utensils or razors, kissing an infected person, or touching that person's saliva. A parent who has a cold sore often spreads the infection to his or her child in this way. Cold sores can also be spread to other areas of the body.

Herpes would be very painful and would likely have multiple vessicular lesions (fluid filled). It is reasonably distinctive. Acne is mildly tender too.

Women tend to get dermatofibromas on their legs and places they shave. It has to due with mild trauma associated with shaving. It is a benign growth that could be taken off at the dermatology office but it does not grow into anything more worrisome. It is painless. A picture is worth a thousand words. Check out this link for a photo as example. Good luck.

I'm pretty sure that is just a zit. Give it a few days and chances are that it will go away. If it isn't painful then chances are that it isn't herpes.
If it doesn't go away on its own in a week or so (or doesn't get noticably smaller), then you should see a doctor.

If it was herpes, you'd know about it - have you been exposed to someone with it?

It really could be anything - a zit, a bite, a heat lump... Give it a few more days. If it doesn't go, see a doctor, but I wouldn't worry.

I would guess it's a ingrown hair or zit. Just let it chill for like 3-4 days and if its still there i would go get it checked out

it could just be a hair having a hard time breaking through the skin. don't worry. put some antibiotics on it, and if it doesn't go away in a day or two then go see a doctor; just in case.

It will go away. Its most likely an ingrown hair. This happens a lot when the weather gets dry. Just use a scrub to exfoliate and use lotion to prevent these.

probably an ingrown hair or a boil coming up. clean it with an antiseptic and don't squeeze it, you could push any infection back into the bloodstream that way. if it breaks open, cover it with clean bandage.

It could be a mosquito bite but for precaution go to a doctor and most probably he will ask for a blood test.
