Weight workout with as much weight as you can handle. Start off light, but build up more weight. Muscles only get teased when the weight is low. Or try some resistance training.

Yes, I feel it would help you immensely to hit the gym. Weight lifting would be great to increase muscle mass, as well as weight loss, even if it is only 5 or 10 pounds.

The more you use your muscles, the more muscle mass you will develop.

Jogging is great as well.

Any exercise will help!

Good luck to you!

resistance/and or weight training, whether at a gym or at a home gym or even with cans of food, will build muscles. what you want to strive for is not so much heavy weights, but many repitions with lighter weights,,,, i said cans of food, as there are many exercises for your arms that you can do holding those, to add weight and work your muscles more,,,,,,but basically any exercise done often and long enough, should build you up,,,,,
