Opening the chakra pools?

Does anyone now how to open chakra pools in the human body?
I really need an awnser, Help me :(

dude, Chi (which in Asia is considered to be the energy created by your body, or the "life line" of your body) is is only how you focus yourself, there is no such thing as "chakra pools", as I said before, you shouldn't equate what you see in Anime or movies with such special effects as things that are in reality.

these shows like Naruto only use very small amounts of fact based things and turn them around whichever way they like to MAKE THEIR STORY INTERESTING TO THE VIEWER.

If you need to balance your chakras as a whole, you should probably see a reiki healer. If you know you have a block in one or more chakra you could lay with a crystal of that color over the chakra. Green over your heart, blue over your throat and so on.

An exercise I like to do is to sit and meditate, visualize my first chakra and turn it clockwise. When I can see this in my mind I then visualize my second chakra and mentally turn it counter clockwise. Once I'm comfortable seeing both of these turning I add the third turning clockwise and so on.

Lite a foot tall candle, get naked, squat above candle so the flame touch your testicle. Yes it'll hurt badly but hey nothing in life come free!

While the flame dance across your testicle, you must remain very steady and close your eyes as you breath in and out slowly. As the candle lower, you must lower with it so flame continue to touch your testicle. Once the wax is gone and flame die out, the chakra pool would open!
