I heard it is about 57 degrees and 75%humidity.....correct, or no?

You are right in there on the temperature. Humidity ranging from 55% - 75% is ideal. See the website below for more information.

I was going to say about 55 degrees. People used to store their wines in below ground caverns which is about 55. The humidity part I can't help you with, but I do know you need enough of it to keep the cork moist. But not so much that mold will grow. So 75% sounds about right too.
