Lotion, twice a day. ESPECIALLY after bath or shower. I personally like the bath & body works lotions, but lately I've been using other ones like Curel or Lubriderm. They work great, & it doesn't take long at all to start seeing results.!

Use a moisturizing lotion as soon as you get out of the shower or bath. Cream your feet and wear cotton socks over them while you're sleeping. These ideas should work.

you need to put baby oil on after you get out of the shower. it will seal in the moisture and that way nothing dries out.
Good Luck

You must moisturize every day. Your whole body. You will be glad you did as you grow older. Your body needs it, especially in the cold. :)
