Yes. There are loads or stretched limos and if you go near any American Air Force base you will see all the personnel there who have brought one over with them.

Yes,.. but it may be against their Emissions Laws to use regularly (things like Miles to the Gallon of Gas/Petro).
It is like every other country,.. includeing America. The cars from all the other countries are in all the other countries but normally more for Showing Off then regular transportation.
