Who can tell me more about how a bistable works(syncronimus, asyncronimus, JK, D ....)?

A bistable circuit changes when it receives a signal to an opposite phase. So it is used in digital information flipping between zero and one; which computers require to function.
The rest of the question is incoherent!

astable on / off / on / off etc... (clock)

- bistable on / off ( 2 states ) (latch)

-monostable ( 1 State ) changes to 1 but returns to 0 with specified/preset time.

; syncronous all at the same time

, asyncronous - not at the same time.
