I do all the time, make sure if you are not using a non-stick pan to spray the pan with non-stick spray or use butter or oil to grease the pan so they don't stick. Also I have learned the hard way not to put the burner on a higher heat, it left a burn residue in my stainless skillet, so my suggestion would be to use a lower heat.

Sure...skillets existed long before griddles did....griddles just allow you to cook more of them at a time...

Yes. Do every thing you would normally do, just make sure to add butter to the skillet to keep the pancakes form sticking. (plus the butter adds extra good falvor)!

It's the only way I've ever made them. I don't even own a griddle.
