Put in a cute thin head band just next to your fringe. slightly back comb the rest of the hair and secure with hairspray.Gives your hair a bit of volume and Looks great for work!
Ps i'd go for a striking red band if you have dark brown hair... :)

well i had the same problem and i have got dark brown hair, and when i had mine cut i just got the hair dresser to cut it in chops and now when i straighten it it looks really good it also depends on how often you wash your hair and what straightners you use i find that remington are the best and i wash my hair every other day, but if that dosen't work try a messy bun they don't take more than five mins and they always look great, also it depends how you curl your hair try washing it then just using your hands and crunching it into curls with mousse then spray hairspray all over if you don't already do that and the best thing is your hair will look really curly and it stays curly all day.

I'd say have it featherd out to take the weight away and go a bit shorter, then you still have long hair which will look good and compliment the fringe and you could sometimes flick it out with sections and its also fine to just comb it through and straighten it.
God if you need hair advice women are the last people you should ask!!!

i think all straight and blunt and sleek looks amazing but if you don't like that, or curls, then try just waves but letting your hair dry naturally. you could use straighteners to flick the ends of your hair in or out, which softens around your face. in terms of hairstyles, you could put the top half up and put out a few strands around your face to soften it up. just experiment a lot and find what's right for you :-)

Without knowing what your face shape is, this is impossible to say.
Flick through a couple of hair mags and see what's in fashion at the moment.
Or, if you're feeling daring - tell your hairdresser to just do what s/he thinks will look best.

Have framing done around your face....that way it won't look so blunt. Make your hair choppy and layered as well. Just bangs and one length hair is kinda boring.

Usually, which too long for me. I believe it depends on the guy and also his face though. Certain guys can pull off long hair and other folks can't.
