use these steps and everything will be OK.
first go to Start >>then Run and write "msconfig"
>>then go to "starup" and there you can check any program that you want it to start automatically when the windows start and also you can UN check any program that you don't want it to start automatically.

in RUN type msconfig in opened windows go to start up tab and unchecked the program you want to be disable .

either go start>all programs> startup and delete it or use the options or tools for the program and tur off the start with windows option NEVER USE MSCONFIG
