Both, but if I had to pick only one, then cream cheese. I could see putting cream cheese on a potato or using it as a dip, but I can't see putting sour cream in the place of cream cheese in other dishes.

If i am not watching my weight then cream cheese and if i am trying to lose weight then i use sour cream,but i do like both.

I resent the "or" who can choose?!? I don't want sour cream on a bagel, and don't see cream cheese on my potato (maybe I could see that?! with some nice green onions.....)
I will not choose.......Dairy Gold should not be an "or" choice.
*seriously, how bad could a little softened cream cheese be on a baked potato.. picture the green onions, bacon, oohhhhhhhh*

While each have their own use, I'll always pick cream cheese. Especially the roasted garlic cream cheese. YUM!
