I think I had a nightterror when I was younger. I would have these horrible nightmares and episodes where I couldn't wake up for like 30minutes even with my parents shakeing me and I would be screaming and everything like that. But it's strange. It says that you don't remember the episodes but I do. I even remember a few of the nightmares that went a long with it. Is that strange? Also, my parents said I sweated a lot during these times and kick and everything. It was going on from the age of 2 or 3 to I think 6 or 7.

My dad was very protective over me and NEVER letted me watch scary movies. He's still protective over me because he doesn't want that to happen again to me.

That is a NightTerror. I use to have NightTerrors. I also was haveing psychic stuff so I'd be yelling about an accident and a person or an animal getting killed and the next day we'd find out it had happened the same time I was screaming.

NightTerrors are usually a sign that you have been abused and likely have Post Trumatic Stress Syndrome or something else on the scale that's on (I forget what the scale of disorders is called that it's in just that it includes "Multiple Personality Disorder"). You may have surpressed memories.

Added: Aww,.. that's nice of your father,... but he cannot get into and control your mind :/ Especially your sub concious.

Yes, it is strange. But it sounds like you may have watched something scary on TV or someone/something frigthen you. If your not having any of these episodes now, I would forget about it. Think on good things, things that make you happy and smile.

it could be something that happened to you or maybe a scarey movie you seen when younger. it could be a bad story that someone told you or yes it could be a bad memory too. good luck. I hope you feel better soon or find out what caused it.

Yes, those sound like night terrors to me. Our son had those for several years. There wasn't anything we could do. Just hold him and keep him safe until he woke up. Many ultra sensitive people have them.
