Which burning software are you using? There are a few that will burn .img files, but the method of doing so will differ with each one. For example, if you are using NERO -
once you launch the software, you should see a box that says "New Compilation" or something to that affect, depending on the version. Click cancel and go to the main window, which will be blank, except for the menus on the top. Select the "RECORDER" menu, then select "BURN IMAGE". A new window will appear. Find the .img file you wish to burn and that is pretty much it.

its so simple just add the pictures and burn it
nothin special trick for burning image on cd/dvd

first of all you must have a writable Cd room or a writable DVD room, then you can download any program that helps you to burn your photo,like "Nero" or you can "Drag & Drop" you photos in the empty Cd or Empty DVD.
