I have a crush on one of my friends. I think the most gorgeous thing on God's green earth. I know she knows I like her. X-mas is coming up and I don't know what to get her. I know she likes anything pink and she's into knitting.
Oh yeah she looks a bit like this girl:

and I got her yesterday a furry white hat that I got from Kohl's. and I'm giving to her as a X-mas present and I'm also giving my friends presents in order to not to her on the spotlight as much and because I like my friends.
ummm....help?

Ok, what you're planning is going to confuse her. You are basically trying to cover your butt by getting your other friends gifts too. This defeats the purpose of getting her a gift. You want the spotlight to be on her, just make sure no one else is around to see it. You need to "put yourself out there" to show that you are interested in her and not afraid of getting hurt. Chicks really respect that. Be bold! Good luck!

Having a crush on her sounds great. taking it the next step is even greater. Do you and she seem to connect well together.
Does she give you hints that perhaps you may not have picked up on . Maybe she is trying to tell you that she is interested too. the gift giving is really kind of you and you might put a special note inside the hat that lets her know that you have special feelings for her . Good idea would be to pin it inside the hat where not one else sees it but her. This will safe guard the note so that only she gets it and at the same time it can't be lost of fall out without her seeing it.
this way you can find out if she cares and feels same about you.
"I care about you more than friends do you? "
little notes sometimes makes it easier and it will be between you and she alone.
the worst possible that could happen is that she cares about you as a very good friend. and thats not bad either.
but you could end up with a really great Christmas Gift this year too........ Smiles and Good Wishes to YOU

If she has bee en friendly with you and she is interested, then you need to ask her out for coffee first... Talk and feel her out . Then if the light is green ,ask her out..
Do not buy anything else.. you might be tossing good money out the window...
DO not buy her knitting supplies or wool, everyone who knits likes to do their own shopping.... besides you are crossing the boundary here of too much.... Let things unfold slowly, don't be in a hurry.. Take your time and be real with yourself... If there is no interest,, let it go......if there is interest.. proceed....
