As in: "She's all 6's and 7's!" It means she's crazy,right? But how did the term come about? (I'm American btw)

it's from a dice game known as hazard in which dice are rolled and numbers called to determine the amount you win or lose. 6's and 7's are the most dangerous numbers to call on and somebody that does so is considered not of sound mind or confused.

Brits are no good at math. So anyone who can count more than 5 is considered crazy. Hence 6`s and 7`s
