How can I copy a picture from a PowerPoint cd-r?

The right click menu doesn't have a "copy" listing when i'm in the PP presentation. Is it possible to copy a pic from the presentation?

first you must have a Microsoft office that include power point,
if you have go to start>>all programs>>Microsoft office>> and start a new page with power point, then select file>>open>> and open the file in your CD then you can edit or copy or do anything that from there.
