Oh its a very hard place to be and I understand totally where your at. The hurt and the pain. When you see them together try not to observe too much as it will only hurt you more. Keep your mind and body busy by activities maybe like running or going for a nice long walk
Try to take your mind away from the thoughts of when you were together. Go out with friends of yours and do some things that are interesting and fun.
At the same time give yourself moments of mourning over it. The hurt has to be healed from the inside out.
Every day will feel a little better until you are feeling much better about yourself. Try to understand that it doesn't always have to do with the fact of being a better G/F .
It may be that there were other matters that caused this break up.
Be good to yourself and be kind to YOU
there are lessons in life that we may not want to go through but need to all the same.
In a little while you will be ready to go out and have fun with someone else.
BE GOOD TO YOU.
Pamper yourself. Do your nails manicure and pedacure
Do somethings special for yourself. Nice long bath in special aromatic scents. Music that pleases you.
Even cry if you want to, allows you to heal.
Hugs to you ......and good luck
Let me know how things go

Im afraid if he doesnt feel the same and he is happy with somebody else there is absolutely nothing you can do. You just have to get out there and enjoy yourself again..no point beating yourself up about things in the past. I've been in a similiar position and its the worst ever..so i know how your feeling...it will get better in time!

i am at the moment just on the verge of getting over my ex, im not completly there yet but i found letting go is the killer, see to get over that someone who fills your every waking thought an possibly even tourtures you in your sleep isnt easy in its self but you will do it in your own good time darl, but letting go is easier said then done....it means you have to put away all the good times an memories that you shared with the one whom you thought was the right one huh? but all i could suggest is try your best to hold him in your heart if you want to but place him at the back of your mind till you are ready to let go an get over him, its hard an a slow painfull step hun but one you need to take in your own good time. goodluck an stay strong.

I'm sorry about your break up but you should go out with your mates and have some fun!!

Get all dressed up and make yourself feel good!!

Make him know its his loss!!!!

Just do as much as you can so you don't think about him, if hes with someone else already then he's not worth it!!!

Hope it all works out for you x x

Only time can heal that wound. And it will never really close up. It may scratch up open again. Just know that love never dies. If he and you really loved each other at any time, he may come back to you.

the pain and sick feeling will go away, they will. when you have someone filling the void that he left, it will all just be memories, but you must be open to others so they can fill the time and hart.

ok...i am a guy but i have a lot of female friends who tell me this....they say that the best way to get over a guy is to get under one.

i do not agree with that since i do not sleep around but it seems to help them
