Inverting or non-inverting? What you are asking for can be accomplished by a simple op-amp circuit. Just choose the register values appropriately and consider the input impedance.

I am not providing the circuit diagram as this is just a 30db amplification and the circuit is exactly same as the most circuit discussed in any op-amp circuit. (with 3 registers... two for differential input and one feedback)
