For 10 000 diolaars you wil fi nd a killer in ANY country in the world. In most countries MUCH less than that, sonsidering that less than 50% of the worl population earn that much in a year.

You can go to Bangkok for anything. But.....why do need to go to Bangkok and do that? Can't you find someone in your country to do that anyway? And, as someone already said, if you go there with that much money - they probably kill you and take it. Less hassle and quick money on the spot.
Not that you should be doing that - it is illegal!

So you are into the murder OUTSOURCING industry. Perhaps this could be the start of a new phenomenon, or a new acronym: MPO, or Murder Process Outsourcing. India could provide competition to Thailand, Kazakhstan, Mongolia (or could it)?
Still, I would urge you to go to Bangkok, and do something else with your ten thousand dollars . . . Because Bangkok a city of life (and light and joy), not of death.

I am sure you can get somebody to do that In the USA for that price. In Thailand a 1000 would be a closer price
