if you do not feel awkward dating with your ex's brother, i say go for it, given that you both like each other this much. moreover, the fact that you wrote this, means that you are ready to go out with hum, so do it!!! with regards to your friend, it seems like she doesn't have a chance with him, so you're not doing any thing bad towards her, but i would talk to her before i went out him and explain the situation without hurting her.
good luck and god bless

Now this is a tuffy. It's usually not a good idea to get between brothers, however, one of my best friends in high school did exactly what you are thinking of doing and she ended up marrying her ex's brother. They are still together after 30 some years, so obviously there are exceptions to every rule. I guess you have a 50/50 chance of happiness. Just don't be too surprised if one brother turns out to be much the same as the other brother. Natures tend to run in families. It might be too difficult (for you) not to compare, is what I am saying.

Sounds like too much drama going on there!!! I'd probably stay away and find someone else if I were truly lonely, otherwise just be happy with yourself right now,you don't need a man at all times to be content with life.Try finding out different things about yourself that make you happy without all the relationship ups and downs for a while!!!

The unspoken rule: you do not date the brothers, cousins, uncles, friends, fathers, etc. of X's or your friends. This would cause a great deal of pain and discomfort in a family between two brothers. Move on their are so many men in the world. This is not OK. God bless****

I would forget about the ex-boyfriend, boyfriends come and go....friends dont.
I think that before you speak to the guy you like, you need to tell your friend he's true feelings towards you and your feelings towards him. Ifs shes a true friend she will understand, but it will be tough for her, but at least you are not hiding anything from her.
Good luck x

My advice is if you value your friend ship with the girl who really likes him then i would back off even if he dosent feel the same for her friends dont do things like that to friends as for the boyfriend if he dumped you then i would have said go for it who cares what he thinks but the other friend is involved so dont go there

Wow! That's a tough one. Well, I would respect the ex and the friend. It's just one of those situations you can't act on.

Well, if he only has feelings for you that obviously means he has no feelings for your friend so not being with him wouldn't do her any good anyways so I say go for it! And you and your ex are not together anymore, it is up to you who you want to date and it is up to his brother who he wants to date. None of his business anymore really.
