He has a hard time telling me no, sometimes saying things I want to hear so that I can be happy. He isn't my boyfriend either - just a guy I've come to know and consider a friend.

Also, I'm beginning to wonder if he says these things because he might be interested......

Sounds like he really likes you - try getting into a debate with him about something he feels stronly about - for example - hunting, euthanasia, war - stuff like that - you'll get him to open up and you'll probably have more respect for him for having his own views and opinions!

You are quite fortunate to run into someone that is that kind and good hearted. He very well may be interested in you. Soul Mates / Spirit Mates there is such a wonderful connection there but you know what I would do . Not take advantage of someone that is so special. He seems like a really nice guy. Full of wanting to please and I hope that he and you might have a chance to talk about what you and he feel. Commuication is the greatest key of all to opening special surprises.
Are you interested in him. If so take the plug and ask him. maybe your not aware of that special connection that is happening. It sounds like this might be really something special ..
Go for it and let me know I wish I had your luck
Go for it.

Look this is a hard one to decipher because !- he could be saying these things just to be a gd friend and says things that he knows will make u happy 2- he could be really interested in u and says them to show u that he would like nothin more than to make u happy.... doesn't help much does it? the only thing u can do is decide whether u would like more from him or whether u r happy just being friends then once u have decided that then maybe try and find out how he really feels about u...

I think this is where we confuse friends w/lovers. You can have a male friend and he give you compliments. Just like if your best female friend would give you a compliment. Same thing. It doesn't necessarily mean that he likes you. But I wouldn't rule it out. He may like you. Does he look at you any different then when you guys first started being friends?

Most likely he is interested. He may just be too afraid or shy to let you know. I used to be the same way. If I would do anything for you, I liked you. Ask him out.

Not interested. Just his nature. Probably an agreeable fellow, but you want someone opinionated, don't you?
