I have been weighing myself in the morning and the night for a few days- my scale says the same number both times 143. What about the fluctuations I have heard about? Is it time for a new scale?

Try a different scale and see if you get a different result...perhaps your weight is fairly constant...is there someone else in your home that you could have try your scale also, to see if their result is the same?

There could be something wrong with your scale, I normally have a 3 pound difference in the evening, from eating and drinking all day. Then in the morning the 3 pounds are gone.
Hope this helps.

Ideally you should weigh yourself first thing when you get up in the morning while still in your sleeping gear - don't even go for a pee. To check your scale, take a 10 lb bag of flour or sugar on to the scale with you - it should show an increase of 10 lbs.

900 isn't sufficient. you desire around 1200, and additionally you may desire to exercising. It takes 3500 energy to lose one million lb, and a loss of one million-2 lbs each week is healthful. At 132 lbs, you at the instant are not super or obese, yet I understand which you fairly desire to return to what you have been. i could objective for around a hundred and twenty lbs. What occurs is that in case you consume purely 900 poounds, your physique thinks this is ravenous your self. THen rather of burning energy, it shops all the fat and energy rather, and your metabolism slows way down. as quickly as you consume regularly or replace your eating habitual slighly, all the load comes back right now. no longer purely that, yet because of the fact your metabolism has slowed down lots, this is going to take even longer to lose the load. Your cousins stay off of an extremely risky quantity of energy. attempt to no longer stress. As you mentioned, the extra you stress the extra you consume and that's clearly counter effective. All you're able to do is consume healthful and exercising. Stressing definitely makes your physique carry onto weight too, so attempt to chill down and experience the relaxing events you're able to do in the super warm summer season climate.

I doubt it. but just in case, get someone else to weigh themselves on it and see what happens. Maybe you're just 143.... point blank. I've been 114 for a couple of months... so i think you're good.
