Well, you actually have to like the person and not just be sexually attracted to them in order to form anything lasting and meaningful. However, I don't believe that attraction can grow with time. Attraction is something very primal that we really have no control over. Either we're attracted or we're not. The emotional aspect of any relationship is what can grow with time because we're using our heads and our hearts for that one...not just our hormones.

why wouldn't you want both.....crazy for physically and emotionally??? Yes the passion does fade over time and so it is a really good idea to choose someone who you are happy with in other ways....someone that makes you laugh...who you consider a good friend...you would trust with your life (because isn't that what you are doing?).....if you are not turned on sexually by this person, I'm not sure if that will improve over time....good luck

Be with some one you like, not some one you lust after cause after a while the sex is going to fade away. If you have something in common with the person you're in love with then the relationship will last.

I think sometimes it deepens, but does not grow. I can tell you for some personality types it is better they are with someone who matches their levels of passion and feelings most times...and for others, they will not be unhappy with someone they like but are not crazy for.

ive accidentally fallen in love before. ive been dating a girl for two years that i never intended to date. i honestly didn't even think she was that cute, but we clicked so well together that the emotional attraction fed the physical attraction until i finally asked her out. and especially after she came back from AIT in the national guard, and she had a rock solid body, dang. unfortunatly i think our relationship is withering to and end...

of course it can --- the honeymoon phase can last longer as well by reconnecting --- falling in love again --- finding the person you fell in love with the first time

its not nice to feel like this but it happens ... its called life.... people come and go in life and all u need is someone walking into it and your falling for them ... MENTALLY ..but not physically surely you'd want to be mentally and physically attached to that person id find it hard to fall in love with someone who aint like that
