How do i transfer pictures from adobe photoshop to a message?

I am guessing you mean an email message. Open the image in photoshop. Choose file, save as... name the file and choose the jpg format. Remember where you save this file.

Open you email program. Write your message, and add an attachment. When you go to add the attachment, navigate to where you saved your picture and add it.

Send your message.

If the person needs a high quality version, don't save it as JPG, just leave it as it is.

Depends on what kind of message...if you're okay with a somewhat viewable, but low resolution file, go to file, save for web, and save it as a jpg...
